Much better than I expected tbh. Been buying cheap couches due to kids and animals. I’ll probably regret buying something decent now. Haha. However!! Removed part 8 from under the cup holders before putting it together. Instructions don’t show where the part is hidden. Someone posted a video and it was a life saver.

Despite my reservations about purchasing something without first trying it out, I decided to take a chance because it had received excellent ratings. Every review was accurate, really cozy, and reasonably priced. Other than the few imperfections such as missing screws which the seller will mail and a few dimpling spots, which she explained will adjust in time as it was caused by delivery. I spoke to the representative from the seller named Mari - she was the best! She was empathetic and went above and beyond to make sure I was 💯 satisfied with the purchase. She assured me that I was compensated for any inconvenience that this purchase brought me. She spoke from her heart as if I was her family member and that made a difference. I felt like I was not just a customer number. She listened with her undivided attention and worked to find solutions in the late hours that we were talking. This seller doesn’t just sell, they carry the mission of true customer service. I am grateful and will remember Mari every time I sit on my recliner couch. Thank you!

I absolutely love this sectional. Great color and very comfortable. The shipping company is not good at all with communication, but I will say the customer service with this company is great! I ordered on the October 31st and received it November 21st. No fault of Familymill. The back/head piece for the center console is hiding so here’s a video to help so you don’t have to put together only to find out you now need to take apart to get to. By the way the sectional pieces are heavy so be sure to have someone with you on delivery day to help you! Overall this piece is top notch in my book.

First I want to say this is NOT leather. Had I known this was not leather I would not have purchased, and I would have missed out. This is the best feeling non-leather sofa I have scene. It appears to be durable, time will tell overall based on the price I have no regrets, looks good and sits very well.

Assembly was relatively easy except for the back of the center console. It’s underneath the console. Take it out before you assemble those chairs or you will need to take it apart again. The leather came with a small scratch but the expense of shipping wasn’t worth exchanging. You can buy a clear leather repair liquid on Amazon worked like a charm. The seating area is not as comfortable as it looks in the picture. There’s not a lot of padding but it’s acceptable. The leg rests are not too sturdy. Cleans easily with a damp cloth. I get compliments on it as it shows nicely in my home. All in all not a bad unit for the price. Best for a family with older children.

Nice couch, sturdy, easy to clean (which is definitely what I wanted with 3 older teen sons and a daughter), and looks beautiful. Looks like I bought it for an expensive furniture store without the outrageous price. The light color really brightens up the room. Each seat is wide, so even my 6' 2" 215 lbs boys can easily fit comfortably. Console is finally keeping us from losing the remote and cupholders are deep, so they are saving many spills when the boys get excited during games. Great customer service when I emailed with question about assembly (one piece is in zipper pocket under couch for shipping, but boys don't read when assembling and throw out instructions before things are complete lol). Would definitely buy again!

The seats are looking flat and the foot rest on reclining seats isn’t very sturdy won’t stay up very well , disappointing material ., selling it and getting something different.
