Perfect exactly what I was looking for

This is outstanding. It will truly improve your back muscle strength. The 3 increasing tensions of bands are superb to step up the challenge. My only concerns are the handles. Will they last? I guess they will, because of their flexibility as well. I strongly recommend the product.

These are my second time trying these type bands but the FIRST from this company. I had a set from SPRI and one of them snapped off and was painful! So far, with the exception of the handles, these seem well made and are working out great. The handles are a tad cheap and not very comfortable. I hope their statement-"Our figure 8 resistance bands are made from a healthy, strong latex material that is flexible and toughness, with no risk of breaking", is fully accurate.Film at 11!

Sturdy exercise bands. I got these primarily for upper body strengthening, have been using them consistently since they arrived. They're comfortable to hold, and add an easy and convenient way to continue resistance training. So small, lightweight, and easy to store, they're easier overall to deal with than heavy hand weights and don't require dedicated space or time consuming setup. I looked at so many different brands. Reviews are always mixed. I'm confident I made a good selection from all the other resistance bands available on Amazon. Good value, and great versatility and convenience.

I love the bands. Haven't used alot yet, but I think they will help with all over fitness.

Great bands, easy to use and store. It was several different weights which is very good just started using but it seems like it’s gonna work out very well.

I decided to get this item because I wanted to start using resistance bands to exercise, and liked the idea that there are 3 different resistance options. I am a complete novice at exercising with resistance bands, so I was happy to see the enclosed sheet with pictures of different ways to exercise with the bands. However, I was disappointed when I discovered it is not possible for me to perform several of the exercises as pictured. For example, several of the exercises show a person standing with one leg on the loop while lifting the other end of the loop over their head in different ways. I am 5' 5 1/2" tall, and in those scenarios the band only stretches to slightly above shoulder level. It also shows putting a band around your ankles while legs are shoulder distance apart. But that is not possible for me, the band is too big for that and instead rests on the floor. I guess I will have to look up exercises on the internet. The other issue is that the net bag to store the 3 resistance bands is too small for me to easily store the bands. If I were to spend a lot of time trying to neatly place the bands into the bag, maybe I would be able to fit them completely in the bag. So far all I have been able to do is get the 3 bands into the bag with parts of the bands sticking out of the top, without being able to close the bag.
