I recently purchased these foot patches, after looking through the various long list on Amazon, because the last patches I had purchased consistently, stopped selling. And these are one a very few selections, which contain the Tourmaline" which is the main ingredient, that aids in the process of eliminating the impurities and relieves pain in the foot and legs. I really love these patches and all the ingredients they put in them, which make this product so potent and work so well together! I purchased both kinds and they both work very well! For the first time. I also, like how nicely they already have the patches placed on a neatly adhesive bandage, and nicely sealed 2 in each package. And the price is very good for the amount and the quality. I have terrible pains in my feet and legs, so I enjoy putting these on at night before I go to sleep so they can do their work on my feet and nerves. It is best to make sure your feet are dry when you put them on and covered in thick socks. I leave them on throughout the next day, and my feet and legs feel lighter and so good! I will definitely make these my new repeat purchase, and I advise others to definitely try these patches if you have foot and leg pain as a natural therapy. They also smell great! 😊👍👍👍

I really like these. They help with sleep & overall I begin to feel a bit better but it takes awhile. I usually have to wear them every night for like 3 months before the pads start coming off somewhat clean in the morning butt I personally like using them to cleanse every few months
