The build quality is pretty good. It took me about 8- 8-10 hours with only one person to put this together. The longest part was the first couple steps because you really need two people for the first couple of steps. It looks great! It is not 97 pounds. I can actually lift the thing by myself. It also gives you stakes that you can attach to the bottom frame to nail into the grass if need be. I am on a concrete patio so I don’t need it. Big Positive All of the holes were cut exactly down the measurement within millimeters. I was very surprised by how well geometrically everything fit together. With that said the last step by putting on the doors were a bit crooked, but I was easily able to manipulate it to make it work. It looks very waterproof, but I am on a covered patio so I don’t need that for the future. There is a clear film over the entire surfaces of each piece. I imagine the heat shrinked for the case of shipping, however, it’s nearly impossible to remove without a lot of frustration. I just left it on there because it provides more waterproofing so to speak. But after a while, it will peel kind of like after a really bad sunburn. All and off a very good shed just took a while to set up and I would definitely say you need two people to start off. Directions could’ve been a bit clearer and step 12-17 when beginning to put on the roof. Especially for peace, L, M1, M2, M3, M4 pieces Q1 as you have to go through multiple pieces of sheet metal with one screw. In the case of going through multiple pieces of sheet metal it would’ve been nice to have a longer or different type of screw. Either way it’s all together and I do like the screw caps as well to prevent rusting as well as protecting your hands from getting scratched. I got Amazon basic shelves to put inside and I also got a piece of 1 inch plywood to put on the bottom to make a flat surface. Just go to Lowe’s to get a piece of plywood. All and all good purchase for roughly about $150. I would just include a floor next time.

Knowing How to Rig is a Necessity.
The roof didn't fit the building. The screw holes didn't match up at all. It's as if the walls matched the 5ft x 3 ft building, but the roof was for a 6 ft x 4 ft. Because I wasn't about to remove what seemed like hundreds of screws to deconstruct the building for a return, I literally had to use rolls of permanent gorilla tape to tape the roof together and to the walls. There is a overhang of half a foot on the back of the building. Time will tell if it stays standing. I guess I will know when the first heavy snowfall or spring storm rolls thru.

Good looking shed
Great for the price if you build it right. Takes 2 people to build. We started with the frame, made sure everything was square, measured all the sides and then built a solid foundation. The instructions could be a little more detailed but it’s not bad. I wouldn’t suggest buying this if you’re not handy or have any experience reading plans / working with tools. It seems like it would be flimsy at first but once it’s all put together it’s very solid. We used deck screws around the frame to keep it secure and sealed the gaps with caulk. Took us 2 days to build the foundation and shed. Great shed for the price. Definitely recommend to anyone who knows how to build things and has the time to do it.

Nice Shed/Structure for the Money
10’x12’ Shed I put this together myself in the back of our property. I give this a 5/5 because even though it was a PITA to put together with one person, it’s very nice now that it’s up and I’ve been using it for a couple months. My favorite part is the height. It’s much taller than the usual metal sheds you’ll see. Quality seems fine for a metal shed. It’ll hopefully be able to withstand the snow we get each winter. All of the parts arrived. There is the plastic film on most of the grey or trim pieces (none on wall panels) but I’m not too worried about it. If this was going to be seen by others then maybe I’d feel differently about the plastic. I’d would still buy this shed if I was starting over.

Great price
Some of the directions are a bit odd. And some of the screws don't fit the way the directions claimed. Does work for the wood I wanted to store in it for winter use and is definitely serving it's purpose but assembly could be easier and some screws could be a bit longer...

Nice shed but not easy to build
Shed is a good unit at first i was skeptical of the build a felt super flimsy but after the final screw was installed the shed was very rigid very nice when assembled I would say the instructions were very poor quality for every step that you went forward you had to go four five steps back needs to be redone so that way each step keeps you going forward not backwards overall I would say these shed is a 4.5. As for the dimensions of the shed being a 10x12 is not correct it's more 9.5x11.3 my floor deck you see in the picture is measured 10 ft by 12 ft and you can see how much smaller the shed is to the deck so they're advertisement of a 10x12 is not accurate.
