Genuine Hotpoint Spare Parts Washing Machine Door Handle Kit C00285747

These handles appear to break every couple of years due to the design and when it first broke I considered getting a new washing machine rather that paying a call out fee and getting someone to fix it. However, I thought I'd try myself and for a bit over £10 and 10 minutes work you can replace this yourself very easily with just a screwdriver. Fitted perfectly.

I can't remember how many times I've had these doors brake on me over the years. This item does as expected. It's a perfect replacement for the models stated and takes 5-30 minutes to replace depending on how fiddly it gets.Has been replaced for 2 months and is as strong as the first day, no wear or tear. Very happy and easy to replace, don't waste your money on a repair guy/shop or worse, a new washing machine!
