Bobs Red Mill White Rice Flour Gluten Free (2x24 Oz) by Bob's Red Mill

I like it very much. I’m using it for baking sourdough bread. It prevents the bottom of my dough from burning.

I absolutely love this product, I used to have cream of rice but I was sick of all the added fortifications like iron, as a guy I try to avoid products with excessive amounts of iron. This product has one ingredient only, rice! It's part of my go-to meal before the gym, I do 1/4 or 1/2 cup rice flour, a banana and/or 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries, 1tbsp peanut butter, dash of cinnamon, 1/4 tsp salt, and about 15g protein from unflavored whey protein isolate. Very nutritous and tasty meal.

Great quality and gluten free. I used to make my own GF flour blend from the ATK GF cookbooks (recommend those)

**Updated to say Amazon customer support came through and resolved the issue ** Just got this today from Amazon. It’s non returnable as it’s a food item. Contacted Bobs customer service since it was direct from the store. Was told I had to contact Amazon who already said it’s not returnable. I guess I have to just absorb the cost of crappy quality control. Won’t be using your product again
