In our setup: maximum flow of 5 GPM (It's Rated @ 3.3 GPM) the maximum outlet water temp is around 90° F with 40° inlet water temp. With reduced flow (3 GPM) the water heater produces constant 130° F hot water (too hot for us) so we set the temp to 125° F and we're very pleased. Good quality unit. Easy install.

This is for sinks only, do not turn the water on too much, or you won't get hot water.

Perfect for my sink at my shop/man cave. Heats up in just a few minutes. After use I turn it off .

This water heater is nice when you have a slow flow of water. It won't be good for a shower, but good for washing hands. I used it in my mobile grooming bus and just did slow streams when I washed and rinsed pups. It only lasted 5 months before it stopped working.
