I received this dryer and used it only 2 times. It was wonderful! But when I went to use it the third time, it blows only cold air???

Purchased this hair dryer in Dec 2022 and this week it stopped working. The breaker keeps tripping as soon as I plug it in. Contacted Laifen on their website and was told it is out of warranty and there is no repair available in the U.S. Was offered a 20 percent off coupon to purchase another one, but I think I'll be shopping around for another option. Highly disappointed as I really liked this hair dryer but it died after only 28 months.

I really like this blow dryer. Especially the cycling heat setting and strength of air output. What I don’t like is the diffuser that comes with this model. I have 2c hair and the diffuser is not deep enough to really cup my long hair and there is no option to purchase a better one. I believe the lite model has a better diffuser.

It's better than I thought it would be. I also have a Dyson, but it's heavy, and the Leifan is far easier to handle and pretty much does what the Dyson does. The attachments are magnetic, so they just click in place easily. I had used Solano dryers for years, and then the Dyson. Leifan is now my go-to dryer, and my medium-length hair is dried and styled in less than 10 minutes.

Comes safely packaged with a great presentation! So far it performs really well… nice temperature and air control. I like the feel and weight of the dryer plus the 3 attachments to control the direction of the air flow magnetically attach. Great quality for the price, I hope that it lasts me a long time!

It was a good hairdryer while it worked. After almost 2 years the heating element stopped working and it only blows cold air now. Too expensive to not last longer.

I bought one of these just over a year ago and love it. It still works great. It does dry my hair much faster than any other hair dryer I've ever used but without the concentrator attachment nozzle, it does tend to cause a lot of tangling because it's so powerful. Occasionally, I switch it on and go straight to high speed and it won't come on or there's a delay before it kicks on but just turn it off and then turn it on low, then switch to high and it works perfect. I like that the weight is in the handle so it doesn't pull on your wrist and cause fatigue or strain if you hold it correctly. Don't forget to check the air intake and clean it regularly! Also, based on the design of the intake, it doesn't suck my hair into it and burn it. I've had that happen with a few Revlon, Conair, etc but this one can lay directly on my hair and it doesn't do anything. I have almost waist length hair so it's hard to keep the handle away from it sometimes depending on what I'm doing. Overall, I love it and whenever it kicks the bucket whether that's a few months from now or years, I'll replace it with another Laifen. It was WELL WORTH the price.
