Love this bottle. Nothing shaking around inside which keeps it quiet and no abrasion to keep micro plastics to a minimum. No lumpy protein powder. Highly recommended.

Nice bottle, was only specifically looking for a protein shaker without a metal ball because of microplastics shaving into your protein shake. Cons: The rubber gasket on the lid is not removable and can potentially collect bacteria. You may need a toothbrush to get in between the crevices. Other protein bottles do not even have rubber gaskets so it seems un-necessary. Due to the shape it tips over easily.
