I struggle with gastroparesis from a connective tissue disorder. I have been trying everything to help with bloat and constipation. The Orphic help me with indigestion. Before I eat I eat 2 dried prunes and 2 apple cider vinegar gummies then after I eat I drink a full bottle of water and without fail I evacuate shortly.
