Works as expected. Cleans well. The remote and the application is a nice touch to it. Its powerful suction, smart navigation, and app control make it convenient and efficient. It is good for hardwood floor. The battery life is impressive, and scheduling is a breeze.

I am really disappointed in this robot. I’ve had a few others that worked much better than this one. It doesn’t pick up anything on floor or carpet. It pushes it around. I’m also disappointed in the fact there’s no brush in it. Like all the others this just has a pad on it. It’s ok if you just want to dust . I would not recommend this one except for dusting and mopping.

I'm probably not keeping this. I've had 3 other similar products, and none are perfect, but after contacting Amazon customer service multiple times with no help and then receiving no response from the seller, I don't really have a great feeling about it. I'm just trying to get an additional mopping pad. Washing the pad daily isn't an option, and one pad is not sufficient for daily cleaning. How difficult could that be? 😕 I don't want to have to buy the entire replacement package with sweepers & filters that I don't need.In addition, it does run into EVERYTHING, mostly at full speed. Otherwise, it would be acceptable.

I bought it to replace my old one and I’m very pleased with it, great value for money. I have little ones and need it to run every day, it’s doing a good job and helping a lot with the house. It vacuums and mops so I don’t need to worry about the mess left after dinner. I like that it has good size charging station that is not taking much space, it has extra cleaning parts and remote control.

I’ve been using this robot vacuum and mop combo for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. Setup was super easy with the app, and connecting it to Alexa was seamless. The suction power is strong enough to pick up pet hair and dust without any issues, and I love that it doesn’t have a central brush—no more dealing with tangled hair! It’s slim enough to fit under furniture where dust usually hides, and the mopping feature does a great job on my hardwood floors. The different cleaning modes are a nice touch, letting me customize how I want it to clean. Battery life is solid, covering my whole space on one charge, and it always finds its way back to the dock. For the price, this thing is a game-changer for keeping my floors clean with minimal effort!

I love this vacuum! I waited to review to see because sometimes these are great in the beginning and then once you’ve run them you have a better idea! This robot vacuum is wonderful! Works just as well as my shark for my first floor. Use this for upstairs, and it really works across the fooor nicely! Really holds lots of dirt (I would know I have a bunch of kids!) and it is decently quiet- humming noise is great even when kids are sleeping. Unlike my name brand one it actually finds the home as expected. And the remote is great because you can turn it on from across the hall instead of walking over to it and bending down

Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This thing does not do anything much it is advertised to do. So regret that I purchased and Amazon should not be selling it.

The media could not be loaded. Between picking it up to get it unstuck, to waiting for it to reconnect, to it spitting previously vacuumed pieces back out, the time I've wasted managing the thing would've been better spent using a real vacuum. Where there are zero obstacles, no chair legs or carpets to climb over (not throw rugs) it'll buzz around doing a decent job. Been pretty frustrating so far.
