missing parts
I ordered the water ionizer for my father who is ill and was told this would be a good investment for him. So I spent the money-which was way over what my budget could handle but for my father I made it work and there were parts missing! I have contacted the makers with no response....I had to call a friend to install and it was a waste of their time as there are missing parts and the machine could not be installed. What a waste! So if you order make sure all your parts are there cause the people who sent it will NOT respond to you no matter how many times you call!!! Can you say-Frustrated!
