Not just for cats
Catnip Root Herb I’ve been using this catnip root for months—yes, for me and my kids, not the cat! The quality is clean and well-dried, it's pretty in a jar and it brews into a gentle tea with a light, grassy taste. It’s been incredibly effective for calming the nervous system and helping my little ones wind down at night. I often pair it with chamomile and lemon balm. Lovely soothing tea!
