This brush did a great job cleaning the grout on my tile floor. However, where the handle connects to the brush is unstable. It is not a matter of "locking" the handle, but the way the device fits together. I was so pleased with the cleaning, I was going to live with it and see how long it would last. (This was not the reason for return.) After leaving it fully charged and going back a few days later, the brush was dead and would not charge at all. I had used it a total of 6 times. After I posted this review, the seller contacted me and offered me an extra $20 refund without the hassle of returning the dead item. I had already returned it (hassle), and they said I had to contact them directly to get the extra refund. I did. It has been over two weeks and I have not heard back from them nor have I received the $20.

Avoid. Either I must have received a dud or this generally doesn't have a long life span. I only used it once and the cleaning power was so-so. It didn't seem to have the power that I was hoping it would. Then after recharging, the display shows that the battery has charged to 80-90%. However, when I disconnect it from the adapter and press the 'on' button, nothing happens. Within a minute of trying to turn it on to no avail, I reconnect it to the adapter, but the display says "7%" battery charged. I'm not really sure what's wrong with it, but I didn't find it to be durable in my case.

This product did not work. Assembled correctly, charge light showing charged. Flipped the battery as instructed. Still no power. Unfortunately I did not try it before the return date expired. Only gave it one star because it was required for the review to be posted.

This is a champ! Worked for 2 hours without needing a recharge, I gave out before it did. Came with extra heads, and worked on all surfaces in the bathroom. I replaced the harsh green scrub pad with one that is brown and doesn't stain the old porcelain. This was a straight forward and easy switch to make. My only complaint is that after assembly, the rubber connector between the remote handle and the long shaft stayed inside the shaft. There's no way to use the scrubber at the shorter length since the connector is stuck. Will contact customer service about this, but will continue to use, and overall I'm pleased with this little scrubber.

There are 3 pieces. The top piece with by the way motor and attachments and 2 poles. The two poles do not attach securely. I ended up just using the motor part because nothing would stay together. The motor is very powerful. There are 2 power modes. When I tried the stronger mode and I ended up holding just the motor it was like holding onto a fish that can also snap your wrists around and it’s awful. It kept spinning stronger than I could leverage against. It was better on the lower setting. The only reason I purchased was to stop crawling all over bathtubs and showers. This honestly made it worse. Ignore the reviews. It is a waste. Don’t get fooled. I’m dropping mine off for a refund tomorrow.

Worked great on the first day. I scrubbed the shower and was amazed at how clean the shower was when I was done. The second day I started scrubbing the baseboards. It quit working halfway through the process. I plugged the scrubber back into the charging cord and pressed the on button. The scrubber turned on. It was fully charged. I unplugged the scrubber while it was still on. When I tried to turn it off, it wouldn't turn off. I had to plug it back in and press the power button again and it turned off. I am returning this scrubber and will search for a better product.

Long handle and power scrubber worked great for cleaning the shower

I am unable to remove the Velcro Holder Base which is used to attach further brushes. There is no tool provided to remove the Velcro Holder base. There are inadequate instructions included with this product. I am unable to begin using all the brushes I need for my cleaning my shower until I can remover the Velcro Holder Base and insert the Big Flat Brush or the Big Cloth Brush. The Usage Scenario of Different Brush is great information but I can't attach them because the Velcro Holder Base in in the way. Please provide a solution or replace the produce and /or credit my account. Kathleen J.

Tja, was soll ich schreiben. Ich bin echt begeistert von dem Electric Spin Scrubber YMG- 820, nachfolgend als Gerät benannt, und möchte es nicht mehr missen. Aber erstmal von Anfang an. Der Versand war sehr schnell, kam schon einen Tag nach der Bestellung an. Alles war gut verpackt. Als erstes inspizierte ich den Inhalt, ob auch alles dabei war. Dann steckte ich das Gerät erstmal an den Strom, wobei das Gerät schon etwas vorgeladen war. Alle Teile sind wertig verarbeitet und passten gut zusammen. Man bekommt viel Zubehör dazu, eigene verschiedene Bürsten und andere Aufsätze. Die Anleitung ist verständlich und in Deutsch geschrieben, auch in anderen Sprachen. Wenn man das Gerät registriert, dann bekommt man eine 2jährige Garantie vom Hersteller kostenlos und ein komplettes Bürsten- und Aufsatzset geschenkt. Dies habe ich natürlich getan. Dann ging es ans arbeiten mit dem Gerät. Ich habe eine bodengleiche Dusche mit Fliesen bis zur Decke, also viel Fläche für das Gerät. Das Gerät hat 2 verschiedene Geschwindigkeiten. Man kann auch vom Handstück mit dem verlängerten Stiel die Geschwindigkeit regulieren. Im Handstück befindet sich eine Batterie 2032. Ich brauche dies nicht, da ich die Geschwindigkeit nicht ändern möchte. Also, ich sprühte einen Allesreiniger auf die Fliesen und schrubbte mit dem Gerät. Das Gerät ist etwas laut, was aber mich nicht störte, ich höre noch lauter Musik. Die Reinigungsleistung ist sehr gut, wobei ich nicht viel zu schrubben hatte. Das Ergebnis konnte sich sehen lassen. Ich reinigte auch noch die Badewanne und auch diese glänzte danach wie neu. Ich muss nicht viel Druck ausüben und war auch schnell fertig mit der Reinigung. Alles in allem ist das Gerät ein wichtiger Bestandteil meiner Haushaltsreinigung geworden. Ich gebe volle Kaufempfehlung ab und vergebe gern 5 Sterne. Ich hoffe, meine Rezension hilft bei der Kaufentscheidung.

Sehr stabiler und vielseitiger Artikel, liegt gut in der Hand und ist wesentlich solider verarbeitet als andere elektrische WC-Bürsten. Sehr leistungsstark, und die Reinigungsfuktion durch die Einwegbürsten ist einfach genial. Sehr gut auch die Anzeige der Batterieladung. Eine definitive Kaufempfehlung! Ich habe gleich noch einmal nachbestellt.
