Absolutely love these for focusing and working, even just days where I need to wake up and be productive. I have purchased 3 cans of cool mint now and it’s a really great mint flavor. The pouch itself will last about an hour but the effects are felt almost right away, in the first 5-10mins.It’s very wonderful how there are no jitters from these, and the side effects from energy drinks become so dramatically obvious after trying these. I dipped Skoal for 40 years, all day everyday. Trying to get healthier, so I quit by using the nicotine pouches, but trying to stop that too. I work outside everyday and I just need something between the cheek and gum. I mowed for about 6 hours, cooked dinner for my wife (I worked out) and the one I put in 10 hours ago, still holding together. I do feel a boost with these, but honestly I didn't purchase these for that purpose. Another brand I tried hurt my gums after a while, just irritated them, these don't irritate at all.The tropical taste is mellow, not overpowering, and no unpleasant aftertaste or heartburn. At least for me, these provide that "something" in my cheek and gums, with no tobacco or nicotine

Do not take if you are on medication for depression!!! These are great tasting but did not give me energy. HOWEVER, it did trigger my depression! I used these 3 times on different days of the week. It took me a while to realize it was these. My anger and depression increased 1000%! I was on suicidal watch!! Be careful with these!!

Seems to work but the watermelon flavor is not good at all. Stick to the mint flavor if you want to try.

Slightly expensive but in my mind it's worth the money, they taste pretty good, dont know what else to say but definitely a good product

I have no idea why I bought these but I love them? They’re so great to pop throughout the day and help me not snack and stay on task. I’ve never used any of the nicotine products that this emulates, so I’m definitely a weird outlier here, but damn these are great.

Solid flavor at first, don’t feel anything though. Then after an hour or two they taste like ****.
