This is an excellent sugar substitute and I’ve purchased it multiple times already. I mainly use it for keto baking, and the results are consistently great. I’ve been using Durelife Allulose Sweetener (100% pure, no erythritol) and really like it. It behaves well in recipes and drinks, but it’s important to know that allulose is less sweet than regular sugar, so you’ll need to use a bit more to reach the same sweetness level. This is an excellent product for someone seeking a sugar replacement who does not like the taste of Stevia. This doesn't have an aftertaste, doesn't spike the blood sugar and is a natural plant product. It does require more sweetener than sugar which is the only difference but helpful if you are trying to cut back. As a diabetic, it's a good choice for me.

Clean, zero-calorie sweetener with aftertaste. Dissolves well and works perfectly for baking and drinks. Big bag is excellent value.

Allulose is my go-to sweetener since I gave up erythritol. It has no aftertaste and ideal for making almost anything including low-carb ice cream, as it has a very low freezing point. I tried this brand as the price was good, and it is excellent.
