I love this stuff. First of all, it’s only Monk fruit. It’s not Monk fruit mixed with some other artificial sweetener. Second, a little bit goes a long way. It is super sweet and I don’t think it has much of an aftertaste. Because you only use a little of it, the jar lasts forever. I will definitely be ordering more when I finally run out. Oh, and no calories to worry about!

This monk fruit extract has become the only sweetener I use for my tea. I use it multiple times daily and absolutely love it. It’s very sweet, so you only need a tiny amount, and it comes with a small (really tiny) scoop, which is all you need. A little goes a long way, making it last. I also appreciate that it has no erythritol or other added sweeteners, just clean, natural sweetness. I loved it so much I even set it up on auto-ship so I never run out. The only small drawback is that it does clump a bit sometimes, but that’s easily fixed with a vigorous stir before I add my teabag or loose tea. When I use it in yogurt, the texture isn’t noticeable at all. Highly recommend if you want a healthier, natural sweetener that works beautifully.

Extremely sweet (500 times more than pure sugar). It will taste tangy if you use too much; the monkfruit powder jar comes with a tiny spoon. A tiny spoonful of powder in an 8-oz cup of coffee is already TOO sweet and tangy for my taste. Therefore, I only used half a spoon in the morning. The good thing is, I do not have blood sugar spikes throughout the day, and the coffee doesn't taste too bitter without some sweetness.

Maybe I'm not used to it or don't know how to ratio the mink fruit to real fruit but it's so sweet. Also wasn't expecting this to be like a powder over granules.

I try to limit sugar in my diet. I cannot do artificial sweeteners due to migraines, and I just don’t want to put the artificial sweeteners in my food, either. Stevia is okay, but I never could get used to the taste. As I looked into monk fruit, it sounded like a good natural sweetener. However, almost all monk fruit products come with sugar alcohols in a blend. I found this and gave it a try. It works great for my morning cup of coffee. I also learned that it may possibly help the gut if it is used with unsweetened yogurt. (more studies are needed on that). A little goes a long way - this is not a measure for measure sugar substitute. I don’t have any issues with it dissolving in my coffee. It works best to put it in the cup first and then pour the coffee over it. But adding it to a cup of hot coffee after it has been poured isn’t a big deal. You will just need to stir it a little more.
