I was surprised, it seems to work.I have to take a lot of pills, and this seems to balance things out. For the most part.I recommend it.

I tried several other probiotics. Align worked the best and you only have to take one daily. I recommend them especially to the elderly.

I’ve struggled with gut issues and stress related IBS. This in combination with Florastor changed my life. It’s pricey but worth the quality of life it gives me. No more pain or bloating. Some insurances cover OTC supplements if your doctor prescribes them so check with your health care provider.

Align is a wonderful product and I recommend it for everyone. Ordinarily, I would give 5 stars. But somewhere along the chain of custody, the box had been opened and one of the blister packs of capsules (7 capsules per blister pack) had been removed. So the box only had 49 capsules instead of 56, as shown on the box. I've purchased Align from Amazon many times and this is the first time this has ever happened.I notified Amazon and they gave me a complete refund, which was more than fair. But everyone should beware to count the contents of boxes immediately when received.
