Can't go wrong with this brand. I drank a bit of a can after I put it in the fridge and then I thought, I should out this in my smoothie. I added the rest of the can and a small amount of ice cream with is and some mariachino cherries I had left in the fridge. I even added a small amount of heavy cream and some ice into the blender and WOW, the taste was absolutely delicious 😋. Either you drink from the can or make a smoothie, tastes great for on the go... Will buy again when I run out. I bought two of these and glad I did. No damage to the cans and quick shipping too.

Black Cherry is my absolute favorite and has been a game changer for my ability to get through the day. It is a bit sweet, so instead of drinkingvit straight I instead add a bit to my water and sip throughout the day for calm, sustained energy. No jitters, no caffeine crash. These have been great for getting through work, errands, and long road trips.

This drink surprised me. It is flavorful. It's just enough, not overwhelming and tasty! I didn't get shakes but had enough energy! I even reordered it!
