Will not connect to WiFi. This camera and the supporting software app may not connect or function with a VPN. Waste of money when I needed a functioning camera in a hurry. Avoid cameras using the iWFCam app. The instructions are vague and no tech support is available. If your camera will not connect to the 2.4Ghz WiFi, you’re stuck in a loop with only two options that you try over and over.

Very frustrating set up. Poor user interface. User manual severely lacking in instruction. Awful experience. Charged camera for over 24 hrs and it wouldn’t stay on after powering up. Instructions written in font so small you practically need a magnifying glass to read it.

This is a very nice camera. Its very easy to set up and use. It has a clear picture. Its so small Noone realizes its even there.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It does not hold a charge. After 4-5 hours it’s dead. This is a picture immediately after being on charge over night. And the magnet is not strong enough, it slides off the mount. The regular picture quality is good. Night vision picture quality is not good at all. Making do until I get a better quality camera.
