Abundent power when needed.
Serious power storage. Be aware it is very heavy and take advantage of the wheels to make life easier.

Solid
Received earlier than expected.Heavy unit. Well made. Came 80% charged and it took like 20 minutes to be 100% charged.Extra battery plugs right in and it was performing as intended.Panels seem well build. Unable to test because wiring will need to be longer, it is not a unit to be moving in and out of the house. So far I like it4 starts because I will need to test

Check for damage as soon as you get it.
Opened it as soon as it was delivered to find significant damage on the top left corner, raising concerns about the battery’s integrity. The last thing I need is for it to catch on fire. This is a heavy battery, weighing around 130 lbs. The packaging did not look sufficient for the size and weight of the product.

Not very smart, needs to be managed by a person. Can't charge and supply at the same time.
Misleading, not a pass through! I have this unit connected to my house through a transfer switch, and I have been able to run my well pump and other 240V appliances, so I am somewhat satisfied. My issue is that you can't supply and charge at the same time. For example, if you have the 240V inverter running and connected to your well pump. You can't also have a 110 generator plugged into the battery charging it. You have to take turns, so a person has to manage the system. We have issues where the power might go on and off during the stormy season. I'd like to leave it plugged into 110 and have my well run off it all the time, but it can't do that. In a power outage, I'd need to turn off the inverter, hook it to my generator to charge, then disconnect the generator and turn the inverter on to run my well. It works, but not as seamlessly as I thought when I bought it. The inverter also drains the battery 10% or so a day even if not used, so you really need to turn it on and off yourself if you are in a power outage situation.
