Why did you pick this product vs others?: We don't drink dairy so I was looking for a frother which can be used with plant-based milks. After ordering this one, I was becoming a bit pessimistic when I saw the recommendation for plant-based milks to use barista plant-based milks. I didn't want to have to purchase specialized (expensive) plant-based milks just to use this product. I was considering returning it prior to trying it out, but one comment was encouraging, so I decided to try it. I used Kroger-brand (Simple Truth) soy milk. In fact, I went ahead and also bought Simple Truth almond milk because I thought it wouldn't work well with soy milk... but WOW! It was able to froth the soy milk up. I used the button twice just to make it super frothy but it didn't disappoint at all. The only complaint I had is somehow the button for menu selection is not aligned to the display so I kept pressing the button but nothing would happen. By chance, I touched to the right of it, then it would change the selection... So now, I just touch right of the display for menu selection and it works fine.

I like the magnetic feature with the foaming ring. All I all I like it

Great product! Perfect for making mushroom coffee lattes or cold brew foam. Works equally well hit or cold. Great addition to my everyday Rocket espresso machine.

This frother was a huge disappointment. I’ve had it for about 8 months, but have been struggling with after only 2 months. For the rest of the time that I’ver owned it, I’ve been dealing with scalded milk, reduced amount of foam, and increased ability to clean it. After 8 months I’ve decided to get a new one, and I’m mad at myself for not returning it when I could have. As in other reviews, I have to scoop out the foam with a spatula only to find scalded milk in my coffee. do not buy this product!!!! I finally decided to get a new one and toss this one in the trash!

The buttons? Maybe it was just mine, but they were not responding until I pressed super hard? Otherwise, made great foam!

I used this a total of 3 times before the sticker keypad stopped working. Out of the return window. Should have just bought the philips model that this is a dupe for and I wouldn't be having this problem.

It does the job. Since this is their small model it does enough for one to two cups only. I have only used it with whole milk, expect half and half to be better. Works better than the blender, which is what I wanted.

I had red mixed reviews on using plant-based milks with this product. I was pleasantly surprised how rich and creamy the froth was for the almond milk that I use, Califa Farms, unsweetened vanilla almond milk. The only way that I can drink almond milk with my hot coffee as if it's steamed. I wanted to quit using creamers and half-and-half and things to this product I can!

I only use it twice the third time the heater is not working anymore I was so frustrated because I liked this product but unfortunately it got damaged so quickly :(

i order this product in Australia. However, the plug is the euro version.......

Item arrived with an American plug. On reading description again, noticed it's supplied by amazon US. Had a spare plug and changed it but this would void manufacturers warranty. Item works fine. Purchasing an electrical item from Amazon AU website I assumed it would be an appliance suitable for AU market but that'd teach me to assume.

Decent unit but the micro-foaming is almost useless. You can save a lot of money by getting a cheaper frother if you don’t require the gimmick microfoam frothing functions. It’s nice having all the variable options on it for temperatures, but when it doesn’t froth so well, then it sort of defeats the purpose. I would say there are better cheaper units for quick good foaming. This unit is hit or miss.

Love it. We mostly use it to make hot milk and unsweetened hot chocolate. It takes a little longer to prepare a drink than I expected, but the end result is always excellent. The non-stick coating makes cleaning very easy, and the magnetic resting tray for the mixing parts is extremely handy. Drinks come out hot, though not scalding. On our first use, we poured milk above the maximum line, which caused it to overflow—entirely our own mistake, so be careful not to do that. This would make a lovely Christmas gift for anyone who enjoys non-sweet hot chocolate.
