Nice engraving. Cup is good quality. Lid, especially sliding closure, is not as sturdy as, say, a stanley or yeti. Overall a great gift at a good price.

Lovely cup but the lid was broken. It was wrapped in a thin box and placed in a bag. I’m sure it was damaged in shipping. Hey seller, can you send me a new lid please? Other than that, the design is great. Fast shipping. Lid really hard to slide.

UPDATE 03/14/2024: After writing my initial review, the seller reached out to me. They were extremely friendly and, without hassle, remedied the issue by sending me a new tumbler with a larger design. This was a gift for a friend's birthday. She used it in Cabo for the entire week and commented on how well the tumbler kept ice frozen, even when being out in the Mexican sun all day. Due to the excellent customer service and the quality of the product, I would definitely recommend it. Maybe just put a comment to the seller if you have a specific size lettering in mind? Not sure if that would be an option or not to remedy the size lettering issue. For reference, the second tumbler I received is still the 30 oz in teal but has Design #7. The single letter "D" is about 1 1/2 inches tall and the lettering below is about a 1/2 inch tall each or 1 inch tall total. The lettering is about 1 1/2 inches wide. The lighting in the photos makes the tumbler look like it is different colors, but the color in real life is more of a turquoise versus a mint or baby blue. The newest photos show it more true to color than the previous photos. 02/29/2024: I was so excited to receive this tumbler as it is for a friend's 50th birthday gift. Upon receiving, I was disappointed that the lettering is VERY small and there is a mark on the powder coating that will not come off. The mark is quite small, but unfortunately it is directly underneath the lettering, so it is noticeable. As you can see from the attached photos, the overall lettering is only 1 inch in height. Although the color of the tumbler is spot on to the product photos, the small lettering looks out of place on the large tumbler. The product photos make the letters appear much larger than what is actually received. Crazy bummed since this item is not returnable. For reference, I purchased the 30 oz tumbler in teal and the lettering is Design #9.
