The old motor had seized up. This one was the same RPM, direction, and similar dimensions. I had to cut the shaft back to a shorter length and put a toothpick down the screw-hole to make it smaller, and the motor housing is a little thicker than the original. As a result, the bottom of the Dept 56 piece bulges slightly. I added rubber feet around the outside edge of the bottom to keep it from rocking. It works well.

Almost perfect replacement for Dept 56 London Skating Club
This was an almost perfect replacement for the motor in my "Dept 56 London Skating Club" piece. The old motor had seized up. This one was the same RPM, direction, and similar dimensions.
