These are fairly hard to find because of the length is "abnormal" to say the least but I had need of them in this length and took a chance on them. They are solid and heavy duty for sure. However, did not come with any hardware and the grease they use to preserve them is very sticky. Ensure you have plenty of finish on you cabinet before you install these because the grease on your hands will absorb into the wood requiring additional sanding to remove. Additionally, the "locking rubber" at the end of the movement is very tight and will drag a single cabinet across the counter before releasing so ensure what you are putting them into is heavy enough to withstand the unlocking pull.Less one star for grease and no hardware.

These appear to be heavy-duty and smooth-traveling slides. So why did I give these only 3 stars? I was building several small cabinets for a new bathroom and was searching for high quality slides; the reviews for these looked good. I built the drawer enclosures and drawers to the exact specifications in the instruction sheet...and then had trouble making the slides operate smoothly once attached. In my experience with all three sets I installed, these slides are more sensitive to slight differences in side-to-side clearance than any other brand I have worked with. The instructions say to make the slide enclosure at least 1-1/16" larger than the drawer sides, so I constructed mine to be 1-1/16"+...just a hair over. It became clear that this was too big a gap and I spent at least an hour screwing and unscrewing the components while experimenting with placing various sets of very thin shims (like 1/64" thick) under the glides in order to narrow down this gap. When I got to the point where the slides were moving pretty freely, adding another set of very thin shims caused more binding to occur. There is a "sweet spot" in the right dimensions and it is a very narrow spot which does not conform to the instructions. I'm an engineer and have spent over 40 years doing woodworking and I know my dimensions were dead-on and the drawers and enclosures were totally in parallel from front to back. I have no idea why others have had trouble-free installations and I had to fuss with these so much. I've never had this problem before. For my next project, I'm switching back to other name brand slides that provide trouble-free installation.

In the description and in the questions it says it has a stop that keeps it locked both in and out. It is just a regular drawer slide and does not lock out. The application was to have a keyboard and mouse under a desktop and once extended would not move back and forth but this does not have that.

I do work on occasion for a local Dairy Queen. One of their ice cream machines broke their drawer slides and they were having difficulty getting their mix in without making a mess. I tried to find the OEM slides and had difficulty with the manufacturer. I was sent on a hunt through the distributor. Return calls were promised and never made. I knew where to turn. A search and a few minutes later the order was placed and two days later I'm drilling New holes and threading them. I left and came back a week later and was given a hug by one of the young ladies. She (one of the managers) tells me to get ready to get another set for the other machine. She's going to talk to the owner and get permission to get another set for the other machine. Seems the OEM slides aren't as smooth as these are. I'm sure I'll be getting another set in a week or so.

I ordered this set of drawer slides for a very unique purpose. I have a wall safe which I wanted to conceal behind a mirror. Instead of using a hinge or just simply hanging the mirror over the safe, I wanted to do it in a more clever way. A drawer slide was perfect. If someone walks up and pulls on it, it doesn't move. You have to tug it to one side to get it to move which isn't natural. As far as using this for a drawer, I would expect it to work great for that as well because it is smooth and doesn't have much play.

Exactly as advertised. Work great. Stainless construction a plus. The only negative is that no mounting hardware was included. Not a big deal unless you were counting on it and you do not have anything suitable lying around. Now you have to make a trip to the store for mounting screws...Amazon is supposed to keep you from making those trips :)

The sliders are stainless steel alright, but the balls that they roll on, are NOT stainless steel. Bought this to use in our dishwasher, within 5 or so washes has rusted.

We had a custom bathroom vanity topper with drawers being made and the depth of the drawers were fairly shallow making it difficult to find slides in local retail. We were on something of a time crunch so having the ability to send these directly to the contractor was great.The contractor was quite pleased with what I ordered and the slides work great. Very smooth.
