This product works!! I have severe dryness, a common problem in Arizona. I put one of these in my mouth before I go to sleep at night, and I wake up with no mouth dryness whatsoever. I highly recommend it!

I continually use this product, since I found it on Amazon about 3 months ago! I take lots of medication and dry mouth has caused numerous cavities. This product?! Fantastic!!! My dentist hadn't heard about this- I'll give him a sample box, so that he can order some for his patients. One lozenge lasts 4-6 hours when used as directed. Flavor(s) are good, too. Sugar-free. Good price!

The flavor is great. Xylimelt takes a little longer to stick to your gums/teeth than listed . Most of the time, xylimelt lasts the entire night. There has been times that I needed to use two tablets to make it through the night.

These are great. I have an extremely dry mouth from Parkinson's Disease. I would be up several times a night trying to moisten my mouth. I was using several biotene products, etc. Even though I wear a mouthpiece on my upper teeth at night I can still attach these melts to my lower gums. I only use one and alternate sides nightly. One melt will stay in my mouth 6-8 hours at night before it dissolves. I do use my fingers to attach the melt and I hold it in place about 30 seconds and I'm good for the night. The mild taste is good. These melts are wonderful for night time. I have never used during the day.

For those with salivary gland issues like me you will find that this brand works very well. They adhere easily to your gums and provide that little bit of help that you need while you sleep or rest. I usually buy the minty flavor but opted for a change this time. I'm sorry that I did. I truly dislike the taste of these and have already thrown out the balance after I suffered through a few of them. Also, the smell is not great. I will order the same brand but will stick to mint flavors.

my dentist recommended these for me to help with dry mouth and I really like them. they taste good. it is difficult to find dental things in a flavor that is NOT mint, as I am allergic to mint flavoring. these berry flavored ones are great! they're slow to dissolve, long lasting. the flavor is not overpowering. one side sort of sticks to your cheek so it stays in place. you can easily move it to another spot in your mouth and it'll stick there instead.

I have to use these every night. My dentist recommended these to me. I've used them every since. My dry mouth has greatly improved. I've tried all the flavors; mild mint, slightly sweet, cinnamon and now STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE. Not sure if it's because it's new to me, but my favorite flavor is the smoothie flavor. Then mint second then cinnamon.You place these between your gum and cheek. I place one on top and one on the bottom. They'll last a very long time. They stick very well to my cheek.I'll forever be a customer of these. They've truly made a difference in my sleep. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to anyone seeking relief from dry mouth.

An otherwise great product with a problem. Damaged during shipping. Box crushed. Tablet came out of wrapper. Wrote to manufacture who has requested details. I consider this an exception rather than the norm.
