Great coconut flavor
Great taste, creamy coconut flavor. Need to dissolve in warm or hot water and mix well

Value & versatility, plus shelf stability
I bought this coconut milk powder primarily to use in my curry as a substitute for canned coconut milk. I use 3-4 tablespoons of the powder, mixed into some water or broth first, in my pot of curry. Often, I only need half a can in a dish for my small family, and I have to be deliberate about using up that leftover canned milk before it goes bad. This product stays fresh a year on my shelf. The cost is very reasonable, considering I'm getting the equivalent, by my calculations, a minimum of 12 cans' worth of the liquid coconut milk. I occasionally use coconut milk powder in my coffee, and it is delicious and smooth. I'm aware that it requires more mixing time--that is the nature of powdered coconut creamers in general--but it is worth it. I'm very pleased to be able to add this to the staples in my pantry.

Okay as a coffee lightener
Update: I've now used this on several hikes, and I've bumped up my review by a star. I don't care for the taste of cow's milk; using this with granola and adding it to oatmeal is a great flavor and calorie boost. One bit of advice: it clumps, and when it's cold it becomes like rocks. I took to putting it or the breakfast item using it in my pocket it warm it up. It meant I ate breakfast after an hour or so on the trail (it was freezing over night), but it made a huge difference. Original, three-star review: I tried this out at the suggestion of another PCT hiker. I've only used it in coffee, as that's my intended use. It's okay, but not great. I wasn't put off by its tendency to clump as soon as I stop stirring, but I'm glad I saw that in other reviews. I used a full tablespoon in eight ounces of coffee rather than the serving size (1 teaspoon), and it tasted like it was barely there. I plan to use this on the trail, though. Breakfast is the meal I have the most difficult time getting enough calories, and the extra fat is a plus. I'll probably add it to oatmeal as well. It won't replace the liquid coconut cream I use at home, though. The item is packaged well. The zip closure is difficult to close because the track clogs with the powder. I transferred mine to a canning jar. That makes it easier to store, too. (And if you have a vacuum sealer that'll seal canning jars, you can vacuum seal it an preserve the freshness longer.)

Great quality! Love the transparency of ingredient info!
I've been using this product for 3 months now, I love it so much I put it on subscribe&save to be delivered monthly. I add ~1TBLS to my coffee every morning and add it to other things like oatmeals, smoothies, soups etc. (I used to break up the dry clumps with a spoon before adding coffee, but have found this isn't actually necessary as the products stirs in quite well) I chose this brand over others while I was originally researching coconut milk powers because they listed the actual % of tapioca maltodextrin used and specify that it's derived from yuca root. This, along with the product being organic certified and being sold at a fair price point. I have not tried other brands, but I am very satisfied with this one so far!

Healthier Hot Cocoa!
Very pleased with Terrasoul powdered-coconut-milk. Also bought their brand of raw-cocoa-powder and made hot cocoa mix. While recipe calls for coconut sugar, we used unbleached, cane sugar, instead. Only 3 ingredients and add 1/4 t spoon vanilla extract, per cup & sometimes 1/4 t spoon of Ceylon cinnamon. Blends quite well. No major lumpiness and it tastes delicious. Only regret is not buying several bags.

Didn’t mix well for us
I love this brand of product and wanted to try the coconut milk powder since I couldn’t find one without gums. Given this was as good as I could find I knew it would at least be a quality product. The taste of the coconut milk powder was great but it didn’t blend in our coffee as well as we thought it would. Given it had those extra ingredients we expected it to incorporate in our drinks easily. It was great when I used it in baking but each drink I tried just didn’t work. I recently found an organic coconut milk powder with only one ingredient.

Vegans, are you missing the clumpiness of Coffeemate?
I got this because I don't use alternative milks very much and I'm not convinced that the plastic/coated paper cartons are recyclable in my area. But let me tell you.... The concept of this product is great... powdered coconut milk that you can use in everything. Just rehydrate and go! The execution of this concept, however, is pretty terrible. I got this today and tried it two ways. One, by adding a spoonful to a cup of coffee directly. The other, rehydrating and shaking first, then adding to coffee. Here's my results: Direct application: Clumps immediately! Clumps don't break up well! Leaves the coffee about .5 shades lighter than usual (despite using the recommended serving). Had to pour out the coffee and start over. Rehydrating and shaking: OMFG, still the clumps! Even with vigorous stirring and shaking! Is this secretly hydrophobic? I accepted my coffee fate as this was marginally better that the first try, but still it's pretty terrible. I don't know if there's some magic way to get this stuff to work better, but it reminds me of Coffeemate in that it will not dissolve under any circumstances. Wouldn't reorder, but this could make great spackle perhaps.

Tasty coffee... much healthier.
This stuff is great with coffee. I blend it with my handheld wand and a little cinnamon. Now I enjoy my coffee, not just for the taste, but knowing that it's much healthier than the alternative coffee creamers.
