Not particularly satisfied I was hoping it would cool my bedroom down and I added the ice trays and even added ice cubes like it said and added water and that’s exactly what it is a mini swamp cooler and it’s ok it blows cool air but I still have to go buy a portable air conditioner but with a portable ac and this unit it should be better but this definitely does not cover the heat like ac would do and I took my chances even though I still like it enough and it helps and they did state that when I bought it but was hoping it would help more than it actually does but still good enough to keep and add to portable ac

This thing rocks. Be careful not to get the filter tube stuck in between the water container and wall. It’ll cause some leakin’.

Barely blows cold for more than five minutes or so. Using in a small room but pretty useless. Also water started leaking from the screw holes in the bottom of the unit despite water being under the full line. Would not recommend. Save your money.

It works petty well at coooling. A bit expensive for Whats essentially a nice fan, but it works better than my cheap regular fans. I like that it doesnt make my skin and eyes dry like AC.it is a bit of work to clean.

I just received this product earlier today, and have just finished printing out the return address label. Sure it turns on, but that’s about it. The air coming out isn’t cool let alone cold enough to cool down a small room.Don’t waste your money or the time it will take you to box this thing back up and take it to the UPS store. That’s time you’ll never get back. If something seems too good to be true it usually is. Horrible product. Zero Stars 👎🏻

There are some items that are packaged so well you expect an excellent product. I don't usually comment on the outer shipping box, but this item's packaging, beginning with outer box indicates considerable thought went into every detail. Once you open the box an easy to understand instruction sheet is placed right at the top.The fan is quiet on the lower of 3 speeds. The remote is very well laid out and the weight is light enough to easily move it from room to room.As for the cooler my only criticism is that the water tray is accessible from the back of the unit.It has not been hot enough to use the unit as an air conditioner. I will update.

I was excited about this product based on the reviews. I sleep real hot so summer is always a struggle and always looking for products to help keep me cooler. This air conditioner works, but only for about three hours. Then it is basically a fan. Only works until all the ice packs and extra ice melts so it does not cool all night long. While the ice is still frozen, the air condition puts out very cool air. The machine stays on as long as you set the timer for so the machine makes no noise turning on and off. However, it does not cool for very long or all night long.

Extremely cheap plastic. The water catch/reservoir was warped out of the box and leaks, a caster broke off, and all 6 of the blue ice blocks cracked even though I froze them with only 60% full water and on their sides. Do not buy!!!
