Elegant
I bought this tamper to replace the plastic thing that came with my Pavoni Europicclola. This is my first true espresso machine and requires a proper tamper to provide enough resistance for a proper shot. The tamper is a very high-quality item, stainless steel and hardwood, and weighing in at 301 grams. A (probably neoprene) dock also comes with it, so stray grounds of coffee don't get on your clean counter. The diameter of the tamper is 51mm, perfect for the rather small filter basket that comes with the Europiccola.
