I've been using this conditioner on my standard poodle for several years now. Since poodles' coats are actually "hair" and it grows continually until you trim it off, it's important to maintain the coat. There's no oily residue, it rinses off cleanly, and has a fragrant, light scent. I love the way my boy's white coat looks and feels after using this conditioner. I love that it's organic, since I only use organic products on him. I do dilute it, about half conditioner and half water. I find that it distributes more evenly and rinses off better, since we have to use a water softener (salt) in our home. Phil is our second standard and this is the best product I've tried.

My poodle has rather sensitive skin. Everything I've bought from the stores has caused her to become itchy; so badly that she would scratch until she broke the skin and bled. Finally decided to try a natural shampoo, and this one was the best priced. This shampoo hasn't caused the reactions that everything else I've used caused on her. It leaves her skin soft, not dry, and not itchy. It leaves her hair clean, soft, and easy to groom. The shampoo has a pleasant cherry-almond-like smell, but it doesn't seem to stick around on the dog; once it's washed away, it just leaves a "clean" smell behind. This is a good thing in my opinion. If you're having trouble with a dog with sensitive skin, this shampoo is definitely worth a try. Even if you're not having trouble and just want to switch to a natural shampoo, I'd recommend trying this.

This shampoo is wonderful. The scent is amazing and lasts for a good length of time. It removes bad doggy smell and gives their coat a nice shine and soft texture. It even makes white clean and bright. It’s concentrated so I always dilute it before using, one bottle lasts for many baths. It lathers well and rinses easily.

Smells amazing and works very well on my labradoodle mix. Love the ingredients are decent and not filled with toxic chemicals like a lot of dog shampoos out there. Has a great lather, doesn't dry out my dogs skin, excellent value for the money. I have not had any issues with the bottle leaking at all.
