Works well. Your scalp WILL peel!! I only use it once a week when my scalp is acting up and it works great. My dermatologist recommended it to me when I was struggling with seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp and face and it helped a lot. Definitely worth trying if you struggle with itchy flaky oily scalp.

Recommended by my dermatologist, CLn has made a great clarifying shampoo. It helped me manage my foliculitus and is easy on my sensitve skin. Since I have curly hair, I wash my hair 2-3 times a week. This bottle is a good size lasting me about 4 months but not near as big as say Tresume.

This is my review after five months of use. I want to share what I’ve learned. The quick review is that this shampoo won't completely prevent all breakouts, it definitely helps manage them. I USED to suffer from scalp pimples, and nothing seemed to work. After taking antibiotics due to a tick bite, my pimples went away, but about two months later, they returned. I tried this product, and while it helped minimize the outbreaks, it didn’t completely solve the problem. I was still getting four to three pimples that wouldn’t go away. I think it was due to a severe outbreak. Eventually, I saw my doctor, who prescribed Clindamycin phosphate topical solution, and to my relief, the pimples disappeared after 2 weeks. I kept using this shampoo to see its effectiveness, and it works. I finished the topical antibiotics about 3 months ago, and since then, I now only get about one pimple a month. So you will get the occasional pimple, but it stops your scalp from having a full-blown outbreak. Pro-tip: Have some on hand just in case that pimple pops. So you can go to the nearest bathroom and wash your scalp. Also, anytime you get a haircut, go home immediately and wash your scalp. This shampoo is great for managing the issue, but you may need medication to resolve the outbreaks initially. Then it's smooth sailing afterward. I hope this review helps! Yes, it does have a smell, but it's not that bad. If you can't stand it at the very end of your shower, use a regular shampoo or conditioner to help mask the odor.

CLn was recommended by my dermatologist. This is the only shampoo that works on my scalp acne. No off putting smell like other scalp shampoos. Pricey, but very effective.

I have tried and tried different shampoos to try to stop the breakouts on my scalp. This product is the first shampoo I have used that has worked. I love it. I am tired of an itchy sore scalp with sores. PS: The shampoo contains sodium hypochlorite (e.g., bleach). It doesn't discolor your hair but it does have a scent a bit like Clorox. For me, it's still definitely worth using.

Even though the price is higher than I would have liked, I will say the quality and the way that I defiantly felt that my hair felt cleaner and less itchiness from Ingrow hairs because it decreased them significantly! This product is definitely worth every penny!

Lathers very well. Scent when applying is excellent - like a fresh spring rain. Cleans very good, leaving hair with a nice feel. Will continue to use over several months to determine effectiveness on scalp. So far so good after few weeks.

Really love this shampoo. I have been suffering with folliculitis for a number of years. Whilst this has not fully cleared it up it has eased the flare ups so worth a try.
