Love these door knobs! Replaced all 1990s gold door knobs with these black ones. They look great! Sturdy construction and easy installation. Expensive look for a fraction of the price.

Purchased this product to replace all interior and exterior door knobs. Some were keyed (3 keys with each door knob), some privacy and some regular door knobs.The finish is wonderful, the antique color very complimentary.The only problem that we encountered is that the door holes for the mechanism was too small and we had to drill all our doors bigger to get things to fit. Other than that, these door knobs were easy to install, look great, feel great (slightly bigger than what we had) and work very well.

Very nice set of handles. Great pricing feels like a very solid handle set.

I bought these some time ago and have been waiting to see how they hold up. We have had them about 6 months now. I have replaced every knob in my house which amounts to about 10 and I have had an issue with only 1 coming apart. Its in the kids bathroom and when my son pulled the door closed the knob came off in his hand. Its simple to put back together but just a pain to have to do it. Otherwise these look nice and hold up well.

The locking mechanism feels a little tougher to turn than i would like.The weight of the doorknob itself is very light and almost feels cheap.However, unlike the Kwikset privacy knobs i am replacing, these are all metal construction. I expect they will last longer since there are no plastic bits to break. They turn smoothly every time and the brass looks quite nice.If i could change one thing I would make the neck a little smaller because my door sign doesn't hang off as easily anymore.Great value doorknobs, would purchase again.

I ordered other doorknobs that I returned, looked at the home improvement stores, and then finally decided on these. They have a very nice finish, a deep antique color, and are well made (which I couldn't say of all the ones I looked at). They installed easily and are doing the job they are meant to do with no issues. And it may sound weird, but they even have a nice sound when you close a door.

Very easy to install, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that these came with strike plates and little boxes to put inside so you aren’t looking at raw wood inside the strike plate/latch area. The knobs have a good weight to them and don’t look or feel “cheap” despite how inexpensive this six pack was. I’d highly recommend these to easily update your space!

The Schlage pass-through knobs, which I wanted to replace with these privacy ones, have a 7/8 inch latch bore, and the instructions for these Probrico knobs call, also, for a 7/8 latch bore. Here's the thing. Look at the photo. The round shank on the latch IS 7/8 of an inch wide. You know what's not? the rectangular part of the shank, which visibly sticks out an extra sixteenth of an inch on the top and bottom, making this absolutely 100 percent NOT FIT THE 7/8 BORE BECAUSE IT'S AN INCH IN DIAMETER. There are several workarounds, all of which are terribly laborious, making replacing old knobs with this one a nightmare. (I had to dremel it out with a burr tool.) Also, woe to you if you go buy a 7/8 hole saw because the instructions tell you too, because then you'll be in the exact same predicament as me, having to workaround to make it fit.Not to mention, the screw holes for the bolts that hold both sides of the knob together through the door are RIGHT BEHIND the locking-side knob. I have an offset screwdriver and even it barely fit. How does Probrico expect people to tighten these? The Force?And finally--and this I'll admit could be me not being able to just figure out something that's possible but not explained in the instructions--unlocked in switch perpendicular to the floor, locked is parallel. Pretty much backward to what most people expect when locking a door. Maybe there's a way to alternate it, but if so, I have no clue and the instructions say nothing about it.Awful experience. Will never buy a Probrico product again.
