House Plan, Interior Design and Furniture Templates, Drafting Tools and Ruler Shapes for Architecture - Set of 3

The paper behind the template is 9"x12". These have been the most accurate and the most essential part to completing my projects for school and client presentation. I highly recommend Mr. PEN products. After going through so many different brands for my tools and utensils. Mr. PEN kept showing up in my recommended products and I finally let in and bought quite a few items. I hate to have different brands for one project simply cause generally the measurements will vary. With Mr. PEN they have such a huge variety and almost every thing I need to complete a project. All within the same scale and all within the best quality. I can never go back to anything else. They have won my loyalty and I believe they should be resourced for every Architect student. Oh and do I honestly need to mention the competitive prices. It was the price that detoured me before. And I wish I checked with them sooner. Would have saved me so much money that could have gone towards tuition. 10/10 ratings all around. Please read my review and please take my word as true. The date as of when I am writing this review is December 12, 2018. The first time I ordered from Mr. Pen was two weeks ago and my order was stolen from the mailbox. When I contacted Mr. Pen about what happened two days ago, he sent out a replacement even though it had taken me a week to confirm what had happened to the package. The kindness of Mr. Pen, especially since I had bought the architectural templates from him as a Christmas present for my sister, is deeply appreciated. Mr. Pen was very kind, courteous, and understanding, and that is not always easy to find in a seller in today's world, so I highly recommend Mr. Pen to you as a seller with whom you will be very satisfied and happy to do business with. Now to review the product: I bought the following item, which is a three pack of architectural drafting templates, and they are excellent: "Mr. Pen- Architectural Templates, House Plan Template, Interior Design Template, Furniture Template, Drafting Tools, Geometry Template, Drawing Template, Template Architecture, Drafting Ruler Shapes" The package is 13" x 8 1/2" and includes everything my sister needs in drawing her blueprints. The plastic is strong and appears to be quite durable and each template is transparent so that one can see what one is working on without moving the template. Both Mr. Pen and the templates are top quality and I recommend both to you, the reader, as being well worth your time and consideration. Thank you.

I had to have these for a manual drafting class. I was taking in college. They were relatively inexpensive. They’ve held up good I would’ve been impossible or a lot more difficult to do my drawings without them.

Product as described

This set has just about every item you would need for basic home planning. I have a non-professional level home planning software, but I still enjoy getting out the graph paper and pencil and doing plans by hand. The edges are smooth, will not damage pencil lead or marker tips. If you are, for instance, thinking about a kitchen remodel, building new shelving, or even just rearranging furniture, you can easily try out different configurations using these templates. Fun and useful. The only negative is that only one of the sheets is a full-size one, hole-punched to be able to insert it into a three-ring binder - the other two are smaller. But I can tuck them into the cover pocket of my planning binder.

It was given as a gift within a larger gift with drawing supplies and papers.

Nice to receive multiple templates. Sizes are defined and has good options.

We struggled some with these. They do what they are supposed to, but there weren't a lot of things we were looking for. I'd say they're a good tool.

Me gusto la variedad de posibilidades del mobiliario.......por otro lado me pareció algo frágiles creo q podria ser mas denso el material y funcionar mejor y mas durable.

I bought this as i have just started an Art course and i use these stencils all the time. I use them in my tattoo designs and on private requested custom canvases. I definitely recommend it especially if you aredoing art or an architect.
