Great Energy & Focus
I enjoy this. It’s mellower than other C4 pre-workouts. If you want the intense C4 pre-workout experience this isn’t it. However, it’s great for a more mellow, uplifting, and focused boost. I’m actually just taking it at times I would usually have coffee now.

Decent, but not as good as an actual preworkout
These are a great alternative to preworkouts if you're jusy looking for the stims and a couple of other ingredients. It is missing many normal pre workout ingredients like L-Citrulline which result in a tiny serving size which is kind of nice. The flavor is about par for a pre-workout. BCAA's are effectively useless fluff, so I wish they'd exclude them. It gives me a nice boost in the gym, but again much less than what a normal preworkout would do.
