I read an article by a dermatologist recently saying that liquid collagen cannot really affect your skin in any way. It won’t reduce wrinkles or plump up skin etc. However, in my opinion this collagen has a blend of vitamins and other ingredients in it which may help your energy levels and general Well-being. I haven’t noticed any changes really within two months except reduced appetite between meals. A thin patch of baby hair has grown but it probably would have anyway. No change to lines or wrinkles. Don’t expect miracles to be honest!
