I am 5 feet tall, 132 pounds and 49 years old. My waist is 33 inches at my belly button. My stomach isn't what it used to be. I've tried other shapewear, only to find that it helps with my upper stomach, but not my lower stomach. I debated on the M/L size or the XS/S size and went with the M/L. Unfortunately, it was just a bit too big for me. I will be ordering these in a smaller size, because I can tell that these, if the correct size, will cover my upper and lower stomach, as well as smooth some areas of my hips. They are soft and comfortable. They have a slight amount of stickyness around the upper stomach and bottom of the leg to keep the shapewear in place.I will update my review to 5 stars when I receive a smaller size and find that the fit is good.

This girdle was great for me, I like it a lot, it's super comfortable, it doesn't roll up or squeeze me that much, it gives me a beautiful waist and lifts my buttocks, it helps control my abdomen and thighs, the fabric is soft, it doesn't bother me at all, so you can use it for hours.

First thing I love about this is the quality, whenever i wear it it doesn’t roll down . It pulls in my tummy . I wear this all day and it feels comfortable. It does show whenever I wear it under my dress . I love it

I bought a M/L and it's too big. It went on a little too easy with no compression. I'm going to return it and order a S/XS. For reference I'm 5'1" and 165lbs. Really hoping that sizing down will give me compression and not roll down, wish me luck!**UPDATE** the XS/S fit was better. There's still an amazing amount of stretch and while I wouldn't say it snatches me up, it does smooth everything out nicely and it's very comfortable compared to other shapers that aren't as easy to put on and take off because they're tighter. It also doesn't roll down. I'll be keeping this one.
