This pc is great! Plenty of hard drive space and is very quick response. Replaced a desktop with this and appreciate the space savings. The price on this was well under $1k and you can't beat it for that price! Liked the added external wireless mouse as well as external hard drive, even though I probably won't use that much anymore.

Well, you’d be wrong. That shiny USB-C port? It’s for data only. No charging, no video output, no dreams of a single-cable docking station to declutter your desk. If you plug in a modern docking station, don’t be surprised when your laptop just stares back at you, unresponsive and unimpressed. Want to extend your display with USB-C? You’ll need a special DisplayLink adapter—a workaround that feels like using a bicycle pump to inflate a car tire.The HDMI 1.4 port is there, but don’t expect 4K glory. You’re capped at 1080p, so your ultra-sharp monitor will just have to slum it with the rest of us.And let’s talk about the keyboard. Is it backlit? Only if you believe in miracles. ProsCompact.Enough performance for everyday works and some more (development, virtualization) if it is with SSD drive. Otherwise (in my case laptop came with HDD which is not in description) it will work very slow.Ergonomic full keyboard. Screen has good vewing angle and quality.ConsNo RJ45 and Type-C ports (In description they was).Cooling system is noicy when CPU load is more than 50%Quality of keyboard and touch-pad is not a top.Overall the plastic is very cheep and keeping fingerprints. You need to clean it often.WarningsBe careful when opening screen when laptop placed on desk as the bottom-back edge of screen cover can be scrubbed.OverallNot bad choice by performance/price.P.S.I have added M.2 NVMe 256 GB drive and replaced HDD with SATA 3 SSD 512GB drive. Gotta love a Dell. Am using the laptop now. Has been very responsive. Glad I ordered. Am glad to have a touch screen again.

I wish I could rate this less than 1 star. The battery doesnt uphold charge and the customer service quality of the company is absolute garbage. Yhis laptop is worse than a chromebook. Honestly they should be taken off Amazon. Because this is embarrassing. Ive been waiting a month for a refund since returning this garbage. And both Amazon and the company has tried urging their warehouse employees to initiate the refund process, but it looks like they cant even get that together. As well as they tried to say I didnt return the item and lied and tried to deny my refund and reject it. As well as tried to flag my account for breaching the agreed terms of A to Z returns, for "lying" about my return. Thankfully i have the return receipt. Upwards to a grand stolen. Im still working to get my money back. Not even my money, my retired parents money who needed a laptop.UPDATE:They refunded me promptly after this review.1. They didn't fully refund the returned laptop and allowed the vendor to charge us a restocking fee of $86+ even though the laptop battery would not charge. And it was their issues and lack of IT support.2. The vendor took over two weeks to reimburse, with crappy communication and false promises of refund dates, with what was left of the refund after the restocking fee.3. Even with 64Gb of RAM the laptop was very slow and would not recommend this model to anyone.
