This syrup is my #1 for iced tea. I once ordered a mint iced tea at a restaurant and it was so good, I demanded to know how they did it. They brought out the bottle of Monin Mojito Mix and just told me to add freshly brewed tea. I've been enjoying them at home now for years!

Adds a certain flavor to a mojito mocktail, even with fresh mint and lime, we add a little BUT be really careful not to overdo it. It tastes like toothpaste if you add too much. At first we hated it but learned to use it to balance out the other flavors.

I do a lot of cruises. On a recent cruise, i asked one of the bartenders what they do to make their Mojito's so good. He showed me the Monin Mojito Mix and said this was the secret. I love Monin products, but this stuff solved a huge problem for me - finding fresh mint around my area. It's almost impossible, but it's not necessary now with this. I can have a mojito anytime - no mint necessary, and I don't have to buy a bunch of expensive limes!
