Usually people just go over why singing bowls are great. This give you soo many techniques to effectively use singing bowls to heal the body and for specific ailments. Love that!

Good purchase
At first I was disappointed not to see the Cd. However as I began teadiythe book , I found the url for the music to download. The delivery on the item was quick and good. The book itself is a lovely read and very informative. I plan to take a course in sound healing and this book gave me a good overview of what to expect from the course and what to look for when purchasing my bowls.Happy with my purchase.

This book is the best tutorial.
I am so happy that I purchased this book that is an excellent guide that shows you step by step how to use the Tibetan singing bowls and the history of them. I feel ready to give vibrational sound massage sessions to my clients with confidence. No need now for paying for an overpriced school to learn the techniques that this book provides.

A super book if you want to learn how to use crystal bowls
We haven't purchased our bowls yet. We were recommended this book and I'm glad that we bought it. Very good.
