Great for Editing/Light to Heavy Gaming (Gamer Review)(G-SYNC COMPATIBLE)
Coming from a hardcore gamer of 15+ years. I had all the gaming monitors growing up ranging from 120hz to 240hz, in different resolutions. I love gaming but my time has been shortened as work became more frequent. I saw this monitor and noticed for one, it's 4K and can output 120hz. It's does the bells and whistle on height adjustment and yes, you can vertical tilt if wanted. It's IPS so the view angles are nice and I currently have mine going of sRGB mode for color accuracy. I use a RTX 4080 Super for display out. I have used it for watching YouTube videos and shows within my first 2 hours of owning. NO DEAD PIXELS on arrival which is soo nice. I get very nervous about buying new monitors because of quality but Dell has done a good job. I do use it in Display port and not HDMI as this model has display. If you want HDMI with mini display, go for the QC model. Booting up was no trouble at all, ease of setup. Went to my nivida panel and enabled 120hz off the bat. The monitor does have G-Sync Compatibility but not CERTIFIED. However, it will work. I use the monitor on normal response for viewing and fast for gaming. I tested Warframe and Destiny 2 and Oblivion remastered all at high settings. The monitor keeps up for gaming but I wouldn't buy if you're fully going in for gaming. Dell has other options if like them. All an all, great monitor, great display, HDR works perfectly and the speakers. I almost forgot, the speakers have sound profiles built in so no need to tune if you're not an audiophile. Colors look good, I'm not one for vibrancy but it'll do good for the common Joe needing that quality that Dell has put out for this year.

Great for work and play.
Initially observations. The monitor is nice kinda surprised for the price the screen looks good. The power button and control stick is a nice touch and feels good. The built is compact and feel like quality. The stand is clean looking and easy to assemble ( can be done without tools but you can alsu use them) the brightness and color are good and not dull like most low price monitors (most non name brand) the function is amazing great for desktop use in a school or work setting l, also a great gaming monitor. So you can use the same monitor for both due to its 4k 120hz and the two HDMI (plus a display) and easy to switch controller.Just got it haven’t used it much I hope to update my review later.

Great monitor for the money
Great monitor. Better image quality than expected for the money. Color seem pretty true to MacBook Pro m4 maybe just a little darker but that maybe able to be fixed in the settings

Real 4K - Value for Money
Really good resolution jump from HD to 4k. I got rid of two HD monitors. The text is much clearer. Im not professional enough to get the Color profile right. Im moving around Movie/RTS color profiles and its working good. This monitor is capable of 120 Hz. If youre using a dock, make sure it support 120Hz. I bought the best of Anker Prime Dock and it did NOT support 120Hz but only 60Hz - I mean it doesnt make a diff unless you play a lot of video content or games.

Absolutely perfect!
Great quality, great sound (I keep it at level 30 because it’s that loud), the input switching works flawlessly. It doesn’t do the weird flickering on and off when turning off my Mac or PS5 like my Samsung did. The lighting isn’t weird on a solid screen where some spots are darker than others, it’s evenly lit. Honesltu, no complaints! The only thing that could make this better is a remote for volume control, but that’s was a TV would be for!

There is only one issue …
This monitor (QS series) won’t wake up from sleep when it’s set to 120Hz over HDMI. Tried different cables, laptops, and workstations -same issue every time. My old monitor works fine in the same setup. Spoke with Dell support and was told me to return it .. which I did. So I ordered the new one and guess what? Same issue!! Frustrating, because the IPS panel and audio quality are actually pretty solid for the priceQuick update: the QC model works fine, so the issue appears to be specific to the QS models only

One minor defect leading me to return...
I went down a rabbit hole looking at monitor reviews for weeks, searching for a desktop extended monitor for my macbook pro while working at home. My criteria was that I wanted a 27" 4k monitor, with DisplayPort USB-C connection to connect/charge my macbook. There was no way I was going to dish out $1000+ for an Apple Studio Display - was looking in the $200-400 range primarily, as I wasn't gaming or editing video, really just using for email, lots of excel, and general work. This dell fit the bill, and seemed to have good reviews across all websites. My first impression was very positive, easy connection, good looking screen/stand, quality seemed fine for what I needed, and decent price point. However, after just 2-3 days, I noticed that the screen would wobble on the stand ever so slightly as I typed. I retightened all of the screws to ensure it was properly installed, and it was. Nothing I did would stop the wobble, and my desk was pretty solid, on a rug, etc.It was driving me nuts, and from what I read online, others had similar issue. So I've ultimately decided to return the monitor, as much as I wanted to keep it. I'll be buying the ASUS ProArt Display PA279CRV, which is a bit more than I wanted to spend at $500, but it also is highly rated it seems, and hopefully it's one that will last me for years. I've yet to receive that monitor, so I can't report back yet.

4K 120hz and sound!
This monitor is seriously impressive. The 4K resolution at 120Hz looks super clean and smooth—everything from gaming to just browsing looks amazing. Colors pop, text is sharp, and motion is buttery.I’m using a USB-C to DisplayPort cable with my NVIDIA 4070 Super, and it had no problem hitting the full 4K at 120Hz right out of the box. Also, I wasn’t expecting much from the built-in speakers, but they’re actually really solid—way better than the usual tinny monitor audio. Loud, clear, and good enough that I haven’t bothered hooking up my external speakers. All around, this monitor has been a great buy. Definitely recommend it if you’re after great visuals and solid built-in sound.
