After a few weeks of knotless braids, it was time to take my braids down and wash my hair. I needed something to specifically target and cleanse my scalp and decided to give this product a try. The first thing I noticed was the gentle cooling sensation that felt amazing on my scalp. It’s immediately noticeable -but not too aggressive or harsh like some other products I’ve tried. Salicylic acid is a star ingredient for scalp care and this product certainly helped to remove buildup without drying out my scalp or hair. I also appreciate the peppermint oil which is known to stimulate your scalp. I will keep this on hand and am already looking forward to using it during my next wash day!

I have been using Cold Processed Scalp Detox and Cold Processed Scalp Renew for 3 weeks and I couldn't be happier with the results. My hair looks and feels AMAZING! I had issues with my scalp feeling dry and tight before I found out about these fantastic products from Act+Acre . I use them once a week and it's so easy to use, I apply it before I do my nightly skincare routine. Just like a facial—for your scalp. This treatment gently exfoliates and stimulates blood flow, providing immediate relief to dry and inflamed scalp. We take care of our face and body why wouldn't we do the same for our scalp? I highly recommend getting yourself these products. Did I mention that they're cruelty-free, gluten-free, Vegan, free from Silicone, Paraben and sulphate free which means it's safe for hair that is chemically treated. ( this is my natural hair color ) * I saw some reviews saying it leaves thier hair oily or greasy, it's trial and error. Remember to shampoo and condition after treatment.

I have been using this for 2 months now. I have very thin hair and use a lot of product for oiliness and to give my hair texture. I wash my hair once a week and always have a ton of build up. This scalp exfoliator has been extremely good for my hair. My scalp does not itch like it used to. My hair seems to be a little healthier and i just feel better. The clean products are what drew me to try this. I’ve seen a comment that said that head and shoulders works just as good. That may be but the harsh chemicals is not going to be good in the long run. This exfoliate has clean ingredients, which will help you in the long run.

Love the packing on this product, it’s simple, sleek, and easy to read all ingredients and directions. I was very happy to see a tube squeezer included and it’s metal so it won’t break when squeezing out the last drop! I’ve been using the product for a little over a week and it has been amazing! It gives the scalp a very clean feel and some tingle when using the product. I think there’s peppermint in there which is nice! I have very sensitive skin including eczema and rosacea. No reaction from this product. One thing I dislike is the opening isn’t enclosed so when you take the cap off a lot of the product pours out from the pressure of it being stored. If it were to be sealed and then punctured with the cap, maybe that would be better. Luckily the product landed on my hand and I was ready to apply it right away, but if you’re opening to just smell it or feel it out, caution as a big glob might pour out! Also after the first use the tube felt very light, hoping there’s more in there than what I’m feeling, but we’ll see how it turns out in 3-4 weeks as I plan to use it 1-3 times a week. The tube has a sort of thin and narrow opening for easy application which is lovely! Can’t wait to use it up some more this season!

Best ever for oily scalp ! Purchased this treatment with low expectations as I have tried sooo many scalp serums/trwatments/shampoos/apple cider treatments/oils.. all with very little success. I noticed a difference after the first use, I noticed my hair was less oily and went an extra day without washing which typically never happens !! This product is a pretty pricey for the amount you get however it really seems to work so I will be repurchasing !
