went from 8gb to 32gb in a mid ranged laptop it runs amazing now with my 1t ssd and pretty decent cpu just horrible UHD graphics. for anyone with 4-8gb its a really good upgrade or if you had only 16gb but needed more for games or something, the speed is fast id say pretty smooth never really has any issues, RAM is generally always easy to install into the laptop its very rare you'll run into issues. you always wanna get a kit and not two different ram sticks because it could either run into issues or since it wont be using dual channel your sacrificing a lot of speed and performance. this product is a kit so you get the performance and dont have any issues as long as you make sure its compatible with your motherboard. I went with this model because my motherboards max support is 2400MHz you can go higher but it wont utilize it, its basically like a wall that sets it to the speed it can handle. Overall great and recommend it pretty decent price as well.

Great product. I got this for my older HP PC. It installed easily and worked immediately. My computer feels brand new and just zips along. The price was great - much less expensive than taking to a store to upgrade my RAM.

This was very easy to install. I had trouble finding where it went thru no fault of its own. I'm new at this so it just took a little time. If it wasn't for having to take a other cover of the inside of my computer I would say it was as easy if not easier to install than the SSD card. Windows picked up on it right away. I did have to go into bios to adjust the speed parameters as Windows down clocked it at 2300 and something. Other than that the quality is the same if not better than others and you couldn't wish for a better price. It works perfectly as intended.

Works like charm in my hp Pavillion 15 ec series, an entry level. Games run much smoother. Cad and other 3d software runs better, performance improved. Note: I got a Samsung's 980 1 tb nvme ssd installed. It is upgraded to it's fullest. Also remember to reapply the thermal paste on cpu, gpu, time to time. Clean the fans, dust it out. Use paint brush if you don't have compressed air can. This little dyi will surprise you.
