Size is good but inner depth is a little bit smaller than i expexted .. But it is good cupboard anyway, with this price range.

The carpenters were very helpful. Thank you so much for your help, Mr. Sandeep Saxena and Mohd. Iqbal. They helped a lot throughout the assembling, alignment, and replacement process. I have questions for Viki Furniture: is this how they manufacture misaligned almirahs? Initially, it was damaged at the corner, and then after replacement, there is a huge scratch on the door and a misaligned door. I would recommend not purchasing black almirahs, as they only manufacture damaged or misaligned doors. I am not sure about other almirahs, but I am sure about this one. They have very, very rude customer service as well. They first arrange a replacement and then completely forget about it the next day. Amazon service helped throughout the process, and the carpenter did too, but I am very, very sad with Viki Furniture’s products. I wish Amazon could teach them how to respect their customers and take complete ownership of their products, as we don’t owe them anything. The customer has purchased the product with emotions, and if they can’t provide what they have promised, they should be removed and first learn how to sell. Please see the recording where I have explained and shown the scratch and misalignment.

Almirah is exactly like it looks , value for money and very good quality !!

Initially, I was upset with the seller as the delivery was late. However, once I raised the concern, the customer support executive, Radhika, expedited everything along with the assembly. The assembly person, Shabaz, was also very experienced and completed the work quickly.

The wardrobe looks good and feels sturdy once installed. Storage space is decent and the finish is nice for the price. The installation person did a great job and handled everything professionally. However, customer care communication from Viki was very poor and needs serious improvement. I would strongly suggest checking the box carefully at the time of delivery to ensure all parts are correct and complete.
