Great grill and smoker all in one unit. Big enough for large meals to be grilled or smoked. Easy to setup and to clean up. Well built and recommend.

The 941 IN SQ Sophia & William smoker grill is the third grill I have bought in the last three years, and it is the biggest and more priciest for me yet. I have to say, I am quite happy with its construction quality and ease-of-use. There are two main levels to smoke or grill your meats and veggies and it is more than enough to feed a party of 6-8 people for your weekend backyard gathering. The temperature for your burning charcoals is very easy to control (with patience) and once you get them going at around 220-250 degrees, clean smoke will start to fill out through your grilling chamber and out of the chimney. You then only need to add a few new charcoals once in a while to keep consistent temperature. This is a very lovely quality Smoker grill that is very easy to master and doesn’t require much maintenance. Well suited for anyone getting into grilling for friends and family. The only advice for the manufacturer I would have is to maybe include a few extra screws, bolts and washer in a separate bag plastic bag, as I did loose one of my washers : ) Update: December 27th 2025 After several month now, I have grilled many more different types of meats on my smoker. It still works great and is very sturdy. More Ribs and more Lamb Kebabs coming in 2026 : )

This smoker has been installed; it's very large and sturdy, and made with thick materials. It should be great for smoking meat.

The Smoker arrived disassembled and nicely fit into one box, although it was about 150 lbs. It had been dropped in route and the cardboard was “accordioned” on one corner. I opened and didn’t immediately see any damage, so I unloaded the box, organized the pieces and began the assembly process. There are NO words in the instructions, only pictures. NOTE: Loosely place the bottom storage grate on the 4 legs first, then start mounting of the legs to the bottom of the barrel. There are front and back and left and right legs…they only go on one way and picture don’t show the differences. Go slowly and keep it loose until it is in the right position. The bottom storage grate CAN NOT ATTACHED, if the legs are even loosely attached to the barrel. Back to the damage: I really didn’t even notice until the first use. The heavy lid had been sprung or torqued a little, such that it no longer makes a seal when the lid is closed. All looks good, but an 1/8” gap now exist top to bottom on one end of the lid, allowing smoke to leak out. This is heavy gauge steel and can’t be bend back into shape without a machine press. I am still able to hold a constant temp, 175, 200 or 225, as all the venting controls are working perfectly. It uses a surprising small amount of wood, once it is going. I smoked a 5 lb. tri-tip for 4 hours and only added small pieces of wood chunks twice. Less wood makes a small shouldering fire without flames. I am very happy with the smoker, it looks beautiful and cooks even better. I bought a custom fitted cover and it fit every angle to the inch. I really don’t think the ill-fitting lit has hurt the smoker’s performance, except that is leaks a little smoke, which might the make the smoke ring in the meat a mm smaller, but the flavor is still there. I have used it 4 times and it is so much better than my modified BBQ that I used before I bought this one. I am not sorry and am looking forward to pounds of ribs and brisket. Will try steaks and chicken next at the higher grilling temps.

This grill will not meet your expectations. This grill is small and it is not a heavy-duty grill either, the metal is thin and the grill is short. Sophia and William must be dwarfs because this grill is only 3 and a half feet tall. I would encourage you not to even consider buying this grill or any other from this brand, unless. Of course, you're also under 5ft tall.
