Had this for 4 months. Been using it regularly. Result is delicious idlis. So far so good. I like how there are no sharp edges on this, unlike other products.

Extremely disappointed with this product. I’ve used it only three times, and it’s already stopped working. The cooker lid opens on its own — a serious safety issue! Now that the return window is closed, I’m stuck with a useless item.#GiveMeMyMoneyBack

Good quality steel and well made product. Idlis come out good. My only complaint is that once pressure builds up, the lid keeps popping off. There is a design flaw wherein the lid does not fit tightly onto the vessel, the fit is a bit loose, so it comes off easily with the slightest of pressure. We have to keep putting it back. It’s quite a nuisance!

It makes too much noise and opens automatically without even idly cooked not worth the price.

It is unfortunate that the product has 2 star rating. I took a chance and ordered it thinking that if the product is not as expected then I will return it.I have not faced any of the complaints that other buyers have expressed. May be the manufacturer has improved the quality since the last reviews.I will definitely buy again and recommend others in my friend circle as well.

Bad design.Edges where we hold are very sharp. There are chances to cut the fingers if we miss it.The cap is not designed properly. when it is hot , very difficult to take it out the cap.Bottom line poor design , unfortunately I opened the package and used so I can not return it.
