This is a nice product and I do feel a difference when I take it, it's a little bit subtle but noticeable. It's also a good dose according to what the AI says when I consulted it in terms of not being a super high dose but just enough to have some benefits.

This vitamin did absolutely nothing as described, other than turn my urine blue. Actually, it was supposed to give you focus and increased brain function, but all it did was give me "brain fog" by entering a room and wondering what am here doing here. I quit taking it after one week of "brain fog". My wife, who has memory loss took the pills, and it did nothing for her as well.

It came fast. It's my fault I should have read it's Amazon's choice! But I didn't realize it was only 30 capsules. My mistake I'll look for another quality brand that has 50 60 or 120 tablets for around the same price or not much more. Good product.

Be careful with this stuff if you already have a tendency towards high anxiety. It definitely raises the energy/focus level, which is good, but it also makes me extremely anxious and moody.
