Light and voluminous.
A light product which is good for fine hair; a lot of hair clay tends to be very heavy and may make your hair appear even finer to the point of showing your scalp a lot. This stuff does not do that and helps with adding volume to your hair; it also washes out easily as it is water based (pomade).

Good clay
Great hold, easy to apply nice scent although I prefer the old Bay Rum scent. The only problem I had with this product is that it is not a travel friendly, had to leave it at the airport due to its size.

Hated it at first, love it now. Just make sure you use enough.
Did a full 180 on this. Have thin and unruly hair, and applying this while wet, and then again while dry gives it great texture.

Not bad
It's a really good clay with great hold but the killer for me is how dry it makes your hair a few hours in, definitely different in that sense from other superior clays like BOC or Nostalgic

Better suited for fine hair not thick hair
I have tried both arcadian clay pomade and there matte paste and I can say that the arcadian matte paste is much better for thick hair, where as the clay pomade is a good product but would be better suited for fine/thin hair. The matte paste has a stronger hold and still remains reworkable where as the clay pomade isn't as strong and iv struggled with a lot of flyaways using it on thick hair but the matte paste holds it all in place all day

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I like this better than the leading brand, which is too hard to scoop out. The texture of this is creamy and easy to apply. It has the best look of all the others I've tried, not glossy, and the hold is just right for my straight hair. It smells masculine and not overpowering. You can still comb it later on in the day. The price is half that of the leading brand of clay pomade. I just found the right pomade for me and this is it.

Claims to have a high hold but it doesn’t do anything for my hair. After application, I had a lot of random strains of hair flaying about, which wee caused by this hair product.
