This is a high quality black cocoa powder. So far I have only used it in yogurt and in Ninja Creami ice cream recipes, but using this compared to Hershey's cocoa powder makes a HUGE difference. I have yet to use it for baked goods so I can't comment on that, but for add-ins to ice cream and yogurt I could say it makes a difference. I use around a tbsp a few times throughout the week and it lasted me a few months so I would say the size is pretty good.
