I first tried this product multiple times starting in 2019 when the 30 pack travel variety cost $109. I had no problem with the quality of the product. My overall health markers and energy were greatly and measurably enhanced. I have read many reviews complaining about the taste. Although, the company recommends taking it on an empty stomach with water, I got consistent positive results adding to a smoothie or other products other than mixing it with water. So, I never had an issue with taste. I am a 70 year old active male, gym, playing tennis and not a fanatic but people consistently guess my age to be 12-18 years younger. I always played sports so maintaining a strong body is important. However, for the past 10 years I have lived in the Dominican Republic and do not care much for its traditional foods. The fresh fruits and fresh coconut water and seafood are amazing. However, the availability of good green vegetables is virtually non-existent in restaurants and I do not want to always prepare my own food at home. So, this product was an easy way to supplement my diet. And the nutrients are more easily absorbed than multi- vitamins in form of pills. As stated, I loved the product but it was hard to obtain during and immediately after the pandemic and when it re-surfaced the price had soared to $199 so I did not order it. However, now that I see it listed at anywhere from $109-$129, I will purchase it again regularly. Listen, it produced great results for me. I tried cheaper alternative products. This, for me, was simply hands down better. We each have different bio- chemistry so you know the saying YMV (your mileage my vary). I am estatic and hopeful that the price has been reduced. I will buy it and hope that the price drop is not commensurate with a drop of in quality. I will report back in 3 months.

Okay first I'll start off by saying I am one to usually not write reviews. But this product has made such a tremendous impact on my wellbeing I felt I had to. I am a workaholic who always felt tired and exhausted. I could get a full nights sleep, and still wake up tired. I eat healthy and used to take various individual vitamins and have even tried other "green supplements" like this before, but nothing helped. My exhaustion would leak into other ares. I'd be too tired to workout. Too tired to make a healthy meal instead of fast food. After just two weeks of this product, I am a changed person. I wake up feeling refreshed and full of energy all day to do all the things I want to do. Give this product a shot. It is expensive but worth every penny. You have nothing to lose really by trying it. The packets are great for someone like me that travels a lot as you don't have to refrigerate them. I am also 190lbs so the recommended dose is two packets so I take one on an empty stomach when I wake up and one later in the day before I eat (empty stomach increases your body's ability to absorb it). Lastly, it tastes fine. Other greens powders taste like you're eating raw kale, yuck. This has a bit of a fruit tinge to it so I have no problems gulping it down. No weird aftertaste either. Thanks athletic greens, you've changed my life.

Tasted good. I feel more alert, more focused. Did cause some intestinal issues though. I did have more energy.

Highly recommend this for a good nutritional boost. I drink it every morning and ended up going to the website and subscribing to it so I get it every month.

Love this product, I feel confident that I am getting enough vitamins. I am able to take this on the go with me, which is great!

I am going to assume all the health benefits exist and are great and not comment on those, given that is the sole reason I am still choking this stuff down every morning. What I will tell you about is the more immediate effect of drinking this stuff. The taste itself isn't exactly vile, it is by no means good, but it's not immediately spit it out and drink vinegar just to rid yourself of the taste bad. It is reminiscent of algae that has been coated in hay dust, hung in a horse barn for several years, and occasionally had carrots or beets thrown at it. Then there is the foam... oh the foam. It is large and thick and doesn't go away because you must continue shaking to keep the particles swirling. The real problem is that it has a cumulative effect. I can get about half of the bottle down before the nausea really sets in. By the time I get 3/4 of the way through the bottle I'm at the point where one more sip is gonna result in immediately loosing all that I have already managed to get down. On the weekends when I have more time I can manage to drink the whole thing, but on weekdays, when I'm literally standing in the bathroom trying to force this evil stuff down so I can brush my teeth and get in the shower, I just can't do it. I figure 3/4 is better than nothing though so I stop there. This stuff had dang sure better be insanely good for me given how insanely horrible it is to wake up and immediately drink something unpleasant that makes you nauseous every single day. Maybe I'm allergic to one of the many ingredients I have never heard of since it gets worse the more I drink, I have no idea, but I like the idea that I don't have to feel bad about the days I don't manage to eat well since I paid up in multiple ways to cover the nutritional bases by drinking a bottle of swamp water that morning. So, I write this review to put off going to sleep, even though I'm well into the zone where I won't get enough sleep before work, because the sooner I go to sleep, the sooner I will wake up and be faced with forcing myself to mix up this potion of disturbingly dark green fluid while I curse it and those who dreamed up this torture. Highly recommend if you really really love yourself or really really hate yourself. Gonna have to be one or the other cuz you'll need determination to keep this going. Update after a few weeks: So it seems the nausea was mostly caused by the D3/K2 vitamin dropper. I had been taking the one drop of that first thing before drinking the powder mix until one day I forgot and took it after. The nausea didn't set in until I took that so I just quit taking that part. Things have gotten MUCH better. It still doesn't taste great but I just drink it on the way to work to have more time to get it down and doing it this way is MUCH more sustainable.

THIS STUFF IS GOOD AND IT'S HEALTHY

It is what it promised .. great for body building, good supplement with high quality ingredients. Could improve in flavour.

I was expecting to get 30 sachets but am horrified to receive 5 sachets for $300 price !!

Don't let your husband order this, smells absolutely awful if powder residue gets left in glasses or kitchen counter.
