Did the bag get a new look? Is this the same product as the one that used to have some orange and lighter blue on the packaging?

Yes All health Garden packaging were redone , and way more info were added to the packaging

Why does the package not list the ingredients?

It does, “INGREDIENTS: Birch xylitol. Health Garden is a GMO and made from birch bark from birch trees. Not like many other made of corn. Look on the internet to find out the process, quit interesting, help understand why price is a little high. Check it out….hope that answers your question. Sue
